Stay "Moving"!

American Heart and Stroke Association

Member and Volunteer; Young Professionals Group.

The American Heart Association not only promotes healthy living, but raises an incredible amount of money towards research, while doing it.

Included in the fundraising events are The Heart Ball, CycleNation, Wear Red Day, Heart Mini, and so much more.

For the past 4 years, I've volunteered at the CycleNation ride in October in some way shape or form. 50 (stationary) bikes all pedaling together for a much greater purpose is the coolest most rewarding production I attend all year. Not to mention it's an actual blast as well. The American Heart Association involvement came very natural to me as a fitness instructor.

I've always been a firm believer that staying active will not only keep you physically healthy, but give you the mental clarity you need to crush each and every day, one step at a time. It's a no brainer.

The sale of your home will be an emotional roller coaster, it's nice to know your agent looks at stress and laughs in it's face. I've been through it all and I'm known to stay calm in the "crazy" situations. That's just my nature

Life get's crazy, stay moving!

*PS if you want to get involved in this life changing organization with me, we are always welcoming more people.

CycleBar gives back to the community in ways you wouldn't expect. How can cycling possibly become charity work? That's why CycleGiving was created.

Multiple Cincinnati based hospitals, Cancer awareness, Parkinson's; you name it, CycleGiving has raised money for it.

It's an incredible feeling to be a part of an organization that does so much good for our city. In little and big ways, we are changing lives every day.
