Banana Oat Bread

Are you bready for this?

You just moved in to your new home…If you’re anything like me you’re thinking, WHAT DO I BAKE FIRST??

I created this banana oat bread with a few thoughts in mind. Make it easy, tasty, healthy, and have my house smell like a bakery. A win-win for the whole family.

2 bananas – frozen and thawed

1 cup oats

1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 cup chopped walnuts (pecans, almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts, blueberries, chocolate chips, whatever you prefer)

1 cup egg whites (or 4 whole eggs)

2 tbsp of “EVOO” extra virgin olive oil (any oil will do here)

Dash of Cinnamon, Dash of Salt

Add all of the ingredients into a kitchen aid type mixer, or mix by hand for an arm work out, grease a 10 X 10 square pan with EVOO. Bake at 350 for 25 min, or so. Let cool. ENJOY!

**My baking is a very casual “this should work” style, so if you have other ideas, go crazy! Have fun with it. Make your bread, and your home, your own. PS. Please send me pics for the page if you make it.
